By using the 930k website and all services under it, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted every clause of these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any term, please do not create an account on this platform or use any of its services.

These terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any uncertainty arises over the interpretation of a term, the interpretation given by 930k authorities shall be considered final.

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account and use services on 930k:

1. You must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
2. You must be a real individual and operate the account in your own name.
3. The information you provide must be accurate, complete and up to date.
4. You may only operate one account at a time.

You must provide accurate personal information at the time of registration. 930k authorities may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until identity verification is complete.

3.1 Account Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. All transactions carried out through your account will be treated as your own.

3.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each member may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name or operated from the same device, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Closing an Account

You may request to close your account at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. All active bets must be settled and any applicable withdrawals completed before the account is closed.

The 930k platform accepts the main mobile banking methods in Bangladesh for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks).

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, the same for all methods.
2. Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
3. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.
4. After a deposit is completed, it may normally take a few minutes for the balance to appear in your account.
5. The correct reference or transaction ID must be included when making a deposit.

Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

1. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
2. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
3. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements attached to the bonus have been met.
4. In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, 930k authorities reserve the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
5. Any amount credited due to a technical error cannot be withdrawn and will be corrected automatically.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000, and before withdrawing the bonus amount, a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

1. Each bonus comes with wagering requirements; winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
2. If any strategic or unusual betting behaviour aimed at exploiting a bonus is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
3. Having more than one active bonus at the same time is generally not permitted unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
4. 930k authorities reserve the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6.3 VIP Program and Cashback

930k's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit. Cashback is calculated at a set rate on the total net loss for the week. The 930k platform offers various gaming categories including slots, live casino and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game or on the relevant page.

1. If a game result appears abnormal due to a technical error, 930k authorities reserve the right to void that round and the staked amount will be refunded.
2. If the internet connection is lost during a game session, the game result will be stored on the server and can be viewed once reconnected.
3. In the event of an unusual win in any game, 930k authorities reserve the right to verify it.
4. In sports betting, bets must be placed before the match starts or within the specified time; live betting is available in certain cases.
5. Bets on cancelled or abandoned matches will be settled according to market rules.

The following actions are strictly prohibited in order to keep the 930k platform fair for everyone:

• Playing using bots, automated software or any other technical advantage.
• Misusing bonuses or claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to defraud the platform through collaborative betting or unusual funding patterns.
• Conducting deposit or withdrawal transactions for the purpose of illegal money laundering.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts or harassing them.

If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be closed without prior warning.

930k authorities reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

1. Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
2. Registration with false or incomplete information.
3. Suspicious financial transactions or suspected money laundering.
4. Instructions from a legal authority or a court order.
5. Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

If there is a verifiable balance before the account is closed, 930k authorities will review the matter of returning that amount by the designated method; however, this may not apply in cases of violation of Section 8.
